Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Ready2School account and related account data at any time.

How To Request Deletion

Email hello@ready2school.com from the email address used for your Ready2School account. Include your name, school, role, and the words "Account deletion request".

What We Delete

• Your Firebase Authentication account, where applicable.
• Your Ready2School user profile, role details, notification tokens, and account preferences.
• Personal account information that is no longer needed to operate the service or comply with legal and safety obligations.

What May Be Retained

Some school records, moderation records, audit logs, approved school content, or safety-related records may need to be retained, anonymized, or transferred to a school administrator where required for school operations, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

Timing

We will acknowledge deletion requests and process them as soon as reasonably possible after verifying account ownership.
