Information We Collect

How We Use Information

Service Providers

Ready2School uses trusted providers to operate the service. These may include Firebase and Google services for authentication, database, storage, hosting-related functionality, and push notifications; Vercel for deployment and hosting; SendGrid for email delivery; and safety or moderation tools when needed to review user-submitted content.

School and Student Information

Ready2School is designed for school communities. Students should use the service with parent, guardian, teacher, or school permission where required. Schools and administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and approving content for their communities.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to provide the service, follow the instructions of a school or administrator, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect the rights and safety of Ready2School and its users.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to operate Ready2School, maintain school records, resolve issues, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse. You may request account or data deletion by contacting us at hello@ready2school.com. Some school records may need to be retained or transferred according to school administrator requirements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users and administrators should also protect their accounts and only assign trusted roles.
